Dr. Alan is one of the best vets I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. He is a wealth of knowledge who is so compassionate and caring about animals and their owners. Monica has been the tech/receptionist that we've seen and her level of care for animals is nothing I've ever seen before. We have had our cat here for a flea bite allergy. We got her checked out and they explained what's happening and how we can treat Macy. I took her back today and they were celebrating how well she's responding to the meds. I've never had a vet or a vet tech be so celebratory for an animal like that. The whole time our cat was being seen, Monica was petting her and reassuring her. Both of them spoke to Macy like they were her owners. That is an amazing level of care and I greatly appreciate it.

Had to euthenize my 20 yr old kitty companion...the vet & entire staff is unified to make the process very GENTLE for your pet & their owner. The shot works well...your pet is relaxed, numbed, & drifts off to animal heaven painlessly in front of your eyes. This Doctor and staff are a God send for animals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The vet was so amazing. I had to put my 15 yr old baby "Daisy" down. He was so informative as to what each step was and why she was ready to go. I absolutely love them. I was such a cry baby and they really consoled me each step. I will always take my other dogs to him. Even though his one receptionist was not friendly or understanding

Took a kitten that needed to be seen right away as a emergency. Drove 30 minutes to wrong vet as i was frantic. Didn't have a appointment and the guy dr checked the kitten outside and rushed him into the to office immediately. Another man showed up before getting there and the Dr took the kitten as a emergency over any other appointment. The kindness and compassion this man and office showed will not be forgotten. I would recommend taking any and all pets here. This place could of turned me away for not having a appointment but instead took me right in and took care of everything. A deed that will never be forgotten and will always have a place in my heart. Your office is appreciated. Thank you for the care and kindness that was given.

The only Dr we would trust our animals with . Years back he saved the life of my Doberman , who had been with me since my time in the Military, from a difficult battle with cancer . " Damien " made a full and healthy recovery and lived a full and happy life . We now have several " rescue " cats and he has been wonderful to us . He's very caring and Professional and never fails to make a personal follow up call on anything significant.

Very happy to have picked a good clinic for our family canine. Very professional and all about the animals. Doctor and staff both gave lots of knowledge behind the vaccines received and the prevention best for our pet. Pricing is very reasonable and staff is understanding of a budget. Scheduling was very easy and was within the week I requested which is very uncommon with clinics usually a week or two from the date requested. Very happy to have a good clinic that will be there for future emergencies or yearly check ups. Thank you

I am very thankful to find a knowledgeable veterinarian to help with a puppy purchased for my family. Doctor provided knowledge about potty training, knowledge about the breed and knowledge of the boosters the puppy needs and described in detail of why it is important. Doctor was not rushing us out but was not keeping us waiting forever. Prices are reasonable as some clinics can be very high priced. Easily scheduled a appointment around my schedule which was very nice and got in within a week.

I really like Castle Vet because Dr. Alan puts alot of thought into the immediate and future needs of my cat, Mattie. He has a helpful assistant/staff and also has a very flexible schedule. He tries to give me the best value as far as costs go too.
